You’ll be part of a widely recognised two-year learning journey, providing numerous career opportunities. The program offers international expertise by working in a global organisation, developing talent and skills. After the 2-years we will provide the opportunity for some of our trainees to work abroad in another country and gain further international exposure.

Two years of rapid career progression

Our trainee program is tailored to kick-start your career and future opportunities for a rewarding international career in freight forwarding and useful skills valued in many different functions in logistics, transport and supply chain industry.

During the two years program there will be seven weeks of schooling, which will be a combination of physical classroom training in Denmark at the Blue Water Academy and online training from home. The program will give you the opportunity to connect solid practical experience in the office with theoretical knowledge. All teaching will be in English.

We are looking for motivated and curious young professionals ready to embark on an exciting learning experience. You don’t need any experience from the industry, as you will learn everything required for the job. But we require that you:

  • Completed secondary school or equivalent.
  • Are fluent in English
