Freight Forwarding Agent - Imports

Key responsibilities and tasks

• Track and trace shipments
• Arrange payment to vendors, carrier, airlines, etc
• Arrange customs formalities
• Arrange pick up and delivery to final consignee
• Maintain communication with customers and build good relationship between agent, overseas partners, customers, vendors

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in air and ocean import general processes
• General understanding of bonded procedures, 7512, ISF, warehouse entry, consumption entry
• Process quote requests 
• Works well in group / team setting 
• Can work under pressure and understand how to work in order of priority
