Pricing & Project Coordinator

The Pricing & Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Aerospace Logistics division by managing pricing, procurement, and end-to-end project handling for aerospace shipments. This role requires strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate complex logistics solutions across global teams and vendors. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare competitive and accurate pricing for aerospace logistics requests (AOG, critical, routine). 
• Analyze costs and ensure alignment with margin targets. 
• Coordinate with global teams to secure best rates. 
• Maintain pricing records and ensure consistency. 
• Source and negotiate rates with carriers and vendors. 
• Build and maintain vendor relationships. 
• Evaluate supplier performance. 
• Manage shipments from quotation through completion. 
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics solutions (air, ocean, road, courier). 
• Provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders. 
• Handle AOG situations with urgency. 
• Ensure documentation, billing, and file closure accuracy. 
• Track KPIs and improve operational processes. 

Requirements & Qualifications 

• 2–5+ years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or aerospace supply chain. 
• Strong knowledge of pricing and procurement. 
• Experience in aerospace or time-critical shipments preferred. 
• High attention to detail and analytical skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics systems. 
• Strong communication skills.
