Your Tasks

You will be guided by our mentors and learn how to...

• Attend to RFQ and providing Quotation to BWS Office / Agents with regards to Air/Sea Export & Import In-Gauge Enquiries
• Coordinating with Suppliers, Shippers, BWS Office / Agents, with regards to shipment queries
• Checking with Suppliers to prepare quotation for BWS Office / Agents and/or Customers.
• Operational handling of Air & Sea Import and Export Shipments
• Communicating with Suppliers to execute shipments.
• Invoicing to customers and/or BWS Office / Agents for the respective shipments
• Inputting shipment information into Carlo
• Cost Reservation & Billing via Carlo
• Any other tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior

• Enthusiasm for logistics and supply chain management.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a drive for accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to learn.
